An entire Co Tipperary shopping street has sold today at auction for less than one million euro.
Market Place in Clonmel – made up of 18 units and buildings – went under the hammer at the latest Allsop Space property sale.
It was bought by an undisclosed telephone bidder for 920,000 euro at the event in Dublin – which is full to capacity.
