A fire has caused extensive damage to a house at a halting site in Clonmel.
The alarm was initially raised around 5 o’clock this morning with fire crews quickly on the scene at the Railway Cottages on the N24 Inner Relief Road

They were stood down at around 7am but it’s understood the blaze reignited shortly before 9 o’clock with two units each from Clonmel and Cahir despatched once again.
A large number of Garda vehicles and Gardaí were observed at the entrance to the halting site this morning.
