Fine Gael’s Phyll Bugler is the latest to be eliminated following the transfer of votes from Sinn Fein’s Dan Harty.
Labour’s Alan Kelly has jumped to 9,245 with Fianna Fáil’s Ryan O’Meara running third on 6,407.

Thurles Independent Jim Ryan has impressed many as he has overtaken Fianna Fáil’s Michael Smith to move into fourth on 6,000 with Smith on 5,490.
Phyll Bugler ended on 5,000 votes with those now being transferred.
Michael Lowry was elected on the first count in Tipp North last night.
