“Effects of recovery not being felt in Tipperary”

We must face the realities of poverty in Tipperary, that’s according to County Councillor Imelda Goldsboro.

The Thurles representative claims the effects of the recovery aren’t being felt here in the Premier.

Cllr Goldsboro feels the immense pressures of back to school costs are a burden to working people especially, who, due to means testing, are not able to avail of allowances to alleviate their financial struggle.

The Councillor said families were being forced to illegal means to acquire the necessary funds to support their families.
