A North Tipperary cookery school has picked up a top accolade from the Restaurant Association of Ireland.
The Riot Rye Bakehouse and Bread School in Cloughjordan has won the Best Cookery school award at the industry’s annual ceremony last night.
Located in the eco-village in the North Tipp town The Riot Rye Bakehouse specialises in a range of breads from sourdough to spelt and wheat free W which have won numerous awards over the years.
