One person has been hospitalised following a crash on the M8 near Cashel this morning.

The collision between two vans happened on the southbound lane between Cashel and Cahir.

The Motorway was closed for a time between Junction 9 Cashel South and 10 Cahir North following the crash.

The road has now reopened
