Dundrum House hotel is sold

The mid-Tipp property was badly damaged in a fire last September which led to the hotel part of the business not being able to trade however, the Golf Club, Leisure Centre and self-catering accommodation is running as normal. 

The property was put on the market last October and it's understood that a buyer has now been found, with work already commenced on knocking the old ball room that was damaged in the fire

Tipp FM understands that staff were offered redundancy or they could stay on but had to decide in recent days, it's believed that up to 12 staff will take redundancy between the golf course, hotel and the venue.
