Total mortgage accounts in arrears in November stood at just under 92 thousand – down 2,819 compared to the October figures.
The number of mortgage accounts in arrears of greater than 90 days fell by 19 hundred to just over 64 thousand.

The number of homeowners in arrears of greater than 90 days fell by 27% at end of November 2014 when compared to the state of play at end of August 2013, when monitoring began.
At the end of November there has been an increase of 2,551 permanent mortgage restructures over the October figures.
