Diversions are in place following a crash North of Borrisokane.
The collision occurred on the Borrisokane to Athlone road at Fortmoy Cross.
The fire service and Gardaí are at the scene and expect it to be cleared within the next hour.
One person has been transferred to hospital however, their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
