Gardai investigating robberies in Cashel and Cahir earlier this week have released more information on the getaway vehicles involved.
The motorcycle used in the armed robbery from Harrington’s Bookmakers in Cahir on Monday morning was spotted at around 12.15pm on the road between Toureen Cross and Cappagh railway gates heading in the direction of Rossadrehid.
It's believed the bike, thought to be a Honda Fireblade type, was delayed by a black four wheel drive at this point.
Gardai stress the driver of that jeep was in no way connected with the crime but are appealing to them to come forward.
Also, anyone in the Rossadrehid area who may have noticed the motorbike travelling at speed is asked to contact Cahir Gardai on 052 74 45630
Meanwhile the van used by two men who robbed Fahey's public house in Cashel on Monday is now know to have been a white Ford Transit with a roof rack and a ladder on the back drivers door.
Also the back window on the passenger side was backed out – anyone who may have seen this van on the Tipperary – Cahir or Dundrum roads in Cashel on Monday or where it may be parked now is again asked to contact Cahir Gardai.
