Deputy Coonan welcomes return of NeighbourWood Scheme

North Tipperary Fine Gael T.D Noel Coonan has welcomed the news that the Neighbour-Wood Scheme has been re-opened.

Noel Coonan describes it as good news for Tipperary groups who are looking to improve existing woodlands or develop new wooded areas as the scheme provides funding to local authorities and other groups for such projects.

It will also support plans to install suitable recreational facilities such as paths, signage and educational facilities.
