Death of student in Cork means we need to address drugs culture

The warning comes after 18-year-old Alex Ryan died after ingesting a synthetic drug called N-Bomb at a house party in the city on Tuesday morning.
 
The teenager had been on life support at Cork University Hospital but passed away yesterday morning. 

A man who was arrested in connection with the supply of the drug has been released without charge, and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
