Crow attacks 20 people at CIT – 2 need medical treatment

Up to 20 people have been attacked by a crow on a college campus in Cork.

Two people received medical treatment when the lone crow swooped on pedestrians in a carpark near the main entrance to CIT.

Nursing staff at the college administered tetanus jabs and prescribed antibiotics for the injured.

Eric Dempsey from Birds Ireland.com is reassuring the college population that the bird hasn’t ‘gone rogue’ but is probably just protecting a nest.
