An Independent Tipperary T.D. is describing the Gambling Control Bill as short-sighted and negative.
Justice Minister Alan Shatter revealed the contents of the proposed legislation yesterday.

Deputy Michael Lowry has been closely involved with the Two Mile Borris casino development which was given planning permission by An Bord Pleanala but shot down by the Government.
He says Minister Shatter has further reduced the number of casino tables he was offering to the Two Mile Borris developers last year.
