A motorist is facing court after being stopped by Gardaí in North Tipp.
A vehicle was detected with no tax on the Active Mobility Device.
When stopped by Nenagh Gardaí it was discovered there was no insurance on the car which was also wanted in connection with a number of drive offs from around the country.
The vehicle was seized with the driver due to appear in court at a later date.
