Two arrests have been made in connection with the abduction of a man in Clonmel earlier this week.
The victim was walking along King Street on Monday night last when he was forced into a passing car and subsequently assaulted before being dumped out of the car in the mountains overlooking Clonmel.
Superintendent Willie Leahy is heading up the investigation.
