Crash cleared from M8 in North Tipperary

The driver of a car involved in a crash on the M8 near Twomileborris has escaped injury.

The incident happened on the northbound lane between Junction 5 Twomileborris and Junction 4 Urlingford.

The single vehicle crash happened shortly before 8 o'clock this morning – debris from the crash spilled over onto the southbound lane.

The car has been removed from the scene in the last few minutes.
