  • COVID-19 Income Support Helpline, 9am-5pm – 1890-800-024 – or www.mywelfare.ie
  • ALONE have launched a helpline for elderly people during this time – 0818 222 024
  • For women dealing with a domestic violence situation during this time, Women’s Aid can be contacted 24/7 – 1800 341 900. If you’re in immediate danger call 999 or 112.
  • For men dealing with a domestic violence situation, Men’s Aid can be contacted on 01 5543811 or you can email [email protected].
  • If your mental health is suffering and you’re in need of a listening ear, Samaritans can be contacted as always on 116 123
  • Jigsaw support line is now up and running to provide mental health support and advice to young people aged 12 to 25 years old, and parents or concerned adults – freefone 1800 544 729
