Court appearance for man accused of Dublin murder

A 36 year old homeless man's appeared in court charged with the murder of a Polish man stabbed to dead in a disused Dublin pub.

The body of Jacek Kozakiewicz was discovered in the building near the O2 Areana last Wednesday night.

He was one of five people squatting there

Today Andrzej Wawrzyniak- who is also from Poland appeared in court charged in connection with Mr Kozakiewicz’s death.

He has been remanded in custody for a week and the judge recommended he receive medical attention in prison.
