The body of Gints Intembergs was found at a house in the Graigowen estate in Tullow on Tuesday morning.
52 Year old Liam Power of no fixed abode, and 31 year old Dzintris Zakcalausks of 54 Barrow Vale, Carlow Town, appeared at Carlow District Court this morning, charged with assault causing harm.

They've been remanded to Cloverhill Prison and will appear in court again next week.
