The seminar, which is on in St Patrick's College in Thurles on Thursday, will see representatives from all five Garda divisions involved in Community policing attend along with Senior Gardaí.
Members of the public are encouraged to come along to meet their local Garda and find out information on community schemes aimed at tackling crime, including text alert schemes.
