Councillor suggests way of dealing with bad roads

The lack of adequate funding to properly restore routes has being highlighted over the past few weeks as the various local authorities put their roads programme for 2017 together.

€18m has been allocated but Councillors say it's a drop in the ocean of what's really needed.
