Joe McGrath told elected representatives at their monthly meeting yesterday that road funding from Government has almost halved since 2007….and this has led to the dreadful condition of many routes across the Premier.

In 2007, 13.6 million euro was allocated for restoration improvement works in Tipperary, this is down to 8.6 million this year while the funding for maintenance has been almost halved from 4.7 million to 2.4 million euro.
