It’s understood Tipperary Gardaí were called to break up a number of gatherings over the Easter weekend – including one in a bar.
Back in mid-March all pubs were asked to close as part of efforts to stop the spread of the virus.
Inspections have also been carried out at licensed premises that are believed not to be complying with the regulations.
