Controversial plans for works on Ardfinnan Bridge have been lodged with An Bord Pleanala.
Tipperary County Councils proposals have met with considerable opposition – particularly plans to make the bridge one-way controlled by traffic lights.
Numerous meetings have taken place between council officials and local TDs and Councillors in a bid to find a compromise.
Fine Gael representative Michael Murphy is urging people to view the plans.
