Large parts of Cahir have been without water overnight.
It follow a significant burst in the area last evening.

Local Councillor Andy Moloney says it could be lunchtime before supply is restored.
“A major water break at Knockagh has resulted in an outage in Cahir town, the Tipperary Road, Rosemount estate and those. There will be a crew onsite at first light and best case scenario it will be dinner time before we see a return. The middle of the town will probably get it first because of the gravity flow and then Rosemount and higher areas later.
