Premier well represented at Bloom Festival

Six food producers from Tipperary will be exhibiting at the Bloom Garden Festival.

It’s on in the Phoenix Park over the June Bank holiday weekend with thousands expected to attend each day.

It’s also celebrating the best of Irish food with more than a hundred of the country’s top producers there including:

Cooleeney Cheese Farm from Thurles; Cahir-based Oakpark who make award winning sliced bacon, gammon, and pudding; Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemaker, from Fethard who are best known for Cashel Blue: Clonmel’s Rivesci chilli oils; Blanco Niño, which produces world-class, traditionally made tortillas and tortilla chips in Clonmel; and O’Donnell’s Crisps.
