A local TD says the future of 81 modular homes in Clonmel after Ukrainian families leave is uncertain.
An information evening, hosted by the Department of Integration, was held at the Talbot Hotel yesterday for locals concerned by the units being constructed at the Heywood road site.
However, the three hour session only attracted 70 locals for an issue that has seen protests in recent months which have led to arrests, disturbances and violence.
Gardaí were called to a disturbance at the session in the Talbot Hotel however there were no arrests.
Speaking on this morning’s Tipp Today, Sinn Fein TD Martin Browne says the Department of Integration did listen to local concerns.
