Good news for children in the Cloughjordan area

Planning permission has been granted for a new playground located in the Thomas MacDonagh Memorial Garden.

The proposals from the Cloughjordan Community Development Association outline that the entire facility will be located within the open green area of the garden at Townfields.

The playground in the Memorial Garden across from the Kilruane MacDonaghs GAA ground will consist of agility, sensory and combination play items, to facilitate a range of children, ages and abilities.
