Uisce Éireann is under fire as homes and businesses in parts of Carrick on Suir are now into their 5th day with no water.
Local Councillor David Dunne says the situation is totally unacceptable.

Uisce Éireann crews are continuing to carry out complex repairs to a burst water main with a second leak having been detected.
The latest update from the utility is that the outage timeframe is now 6pm.
Cllr Dunne says the Fire Brigade had to be called to the Greenhill Nursing Home yesterday evening to get a backup supply of water.
An alternative water supply remains in place in Greenhills Village estate.
