A North Tipperary councillor is worried that problems with the water supply in the Lower Ormond area are going to get worse.
1,2000 local homes and businesses are affected by a boil water notice for the Rathcabbin Treatment Plant that will be in place for at least a week.

It’s after high levels of turbidity were recorded on Monday in the borehole.
Independent Councillor Michael O’Meara says that’s because the water levels have gotten very low on the current dry spell.
