A local soccer club is undertaking a major fundraising campaign to improve their facilities.
BT Harps plan on installing a full sized astro turf at their grounds in Templemore.

This will cost over €600,000 with work underway for the last fortnight or so.
Head of ground development Richie Kennedy told Tipp Today that they have received €357,000 under the Sports Capital Grants scheme through a regional grant.
They are now in the process of raising the rest of the money for what would be just the second full size astro pitch in the Premier County with the other one in Cahir.
