Appeal for return of community bench stolen from Mullinahone

A local group has expressed both sadness and anger at the theft of a stone bench from the area.

Mullinahone Village Tidy Towns say the bench at the Glendara Estate on the Drangan Road was taken recently.

It would have taken at least two or three people to lift the bench

They are asking anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area to contact the Gardaí or any member of the committee.
