A judging panel, which includes former Tipperary goalkeeper Brendan Cummins, Una Foden of the Saturdays and Circuit Court Judge Gerard O'Brien will decide the winners.
The awards will be presented at a ceremony in the Garda College in Templemore next month.
Inspector Eddie Golden says it's vital that people nominate those deserving of an award.
