A series of problems including a burst main led to people in the greater Marlfield being without water for much of the week.
One of the biggest complaints was the failure of Irish Water to inform customers of the problem and how long repairs would take.

Independent County Councillor Richie Molloy intends to raise the issue at today’s meeting of the Clonmel Borough District.
He says the system prior to the establishment of the utility was much better when Tipperary County Council staff dealt with calls and kept the public informed.
