A major medical devices manufacturer based in Tipperary has been short-listed for a top award.

Boston Scientific in Clonmel is a finalist in the tenth annual Engineers Ireland CDP Employer of the Year Awards

The South Tip company has been short-listed for its approach to CPD which has facilitated Boston Scientific Ireland to invest in a new manufacturing process for pacemakers and defibrillators at the Clonmel site.

The winners will be announced on Wednesday 2nd October at a ceremony in Dublin.
