Clonmel hotel sold for €5 million

A prominent Co. Tipperary hotel has been sold for around €5 million.

The Clonmel Park Hotel is understood to have been purchased by a fund controlled by Davy.

The 99 bedroom 4-star hotel is run by the Tetrarch Hospitality Group under the terms of a leasehold agreement.

The hotel at the Poppyfields also includes a leisure centre.
