Clonmel Hotel in Running for Island of Ireland Culinary Title

A Tipperary hotel has been shortlisted for a national award.

Mulcahy’s on Gladstone Street in Clonmel will fly the flag for the Premier County in the 2018 Great Carvery Competition.

They are among the best pub and hotel carveries across Munster who will compete for the Island of Ireland culinary title in their category.

They’re up against the Rochestown Park Hotel in Cork and the Castle Hotel in Macroom for the Munster crown.

The provincial winners will be announced on September 10th followed by the crowning of the overall KNORR Great Carvery Hotel and Pub of the Year titles on the 21st.
