The newly renovated playground in Cashel has finally opened its door to children from across the area.
The old facility had fallen into disrepair – it’s been transformed thanks to the work of local volunteers.

Their efforts were dealt a blow in June when much of their work was ruined by vandals.
Committee member Darren Ryan has praised the efforts of all of those who worked to get the playground open.
