A motorist is facing a lengthy list of charges after being stopped by Gardaí in Cashel this morning.
The Garda Mobility App flagged that the Opel Zafira had not been taxed for 447 days.

On further investigation it was discovered that the driver never held a licence.
There was also no insurance or NCT
The car was seized and the driver will be heading for court.
