Campaigners camp outside Government in push for funding

They're calling for a 300 million euro investment in disability services in the budget – to address the cuts suffered during the recession.

They're also calling on the government to ratify the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. 

Campaigner Martin Naughton says rights don't mean anything unless they're backed by other supports.
