There are calls for taxi services in Thurles to be ramped up..
The issue was raised during a council discussion on the economic and community development of the Mid Tipp area.
Thurles does have a taxi rank but Sinn Fein Clr David Doran says the number of cars doesn’t meet the demand and its something they must look at.
