Calls for compensation for Rathcabbin residents

There’s calls for compensation to be paid to locals affected by the unauthorised dumping of waste at a site in North Tipperary.

Tipperary County Council says it will be carrying out a million Euro clean up operation in Rathcabbin next year.

The Department of the Environment have agreed to fund the project but it’s not known if any money will be allocated for compensation..
