Call for lessons to be learned from Banking Inquiry report

The final report is due to be published later this afternoon. 

It's expected that the main criticism will be aimed at the European Central Bank for saddling debt on the Irish people. 

Joan Burton says it's historically important to have the findings of the Banking Inquiry – and to ensure nothing like the crisis ever happens again.
