Motivating up-and-coming trad musicians in Tipperary is the aim of the third annual Cahir Tradfest which is now underway.
It sees musicians and performers from across the county and beyond descending on the South Tipp town for the event.

The event has grown year-on-year, and was launched last night.
Tonight there’s a concert featuring Frankie Gavin and De Danann, and tomorrow will see a trad mass being held.
