This will involve a change of use of existing office space to a food retail space with a café and deli.

An extension of the area to side of property – which is a protected structure – will be used to facilitate shared toilets and staff kitchen.

The original planning application was lodged in March of last year with further information sought by the local authority in May. This was submitted last month with conditional approval granted in recent days.
