As the first Irish bank to achieve this accreditation, AIB has introduced sensory-friendly adjustments, quiet spaces, sensory kits, and staff training to enhance accessibility in all nine Tipperary branches.

Sensory maps are also available online to help customers plan their visits.
This initiative aims to create more inclusive banking experiences for Autistic people and their families across the country.
