A business park could be central to the economic development of Tipperary town.
It’s thought that one similar to that in Cahir could be beneficial, as the West Tipp town has lost some businesses to that park.
Director for Community and Economic Development with Tipperary County Council, Pat Slattery says the model could be transferable.
