Plans are afoot for the development of an Innovation Centre/Digital Hub in Nenagh.
The local municipal district has been in talks with Enterprise Ireland about the possibility of locating the hub at Streame on the outskirts of the North Tipperary town.
Its now drawing up an application for funds from either the state body or under the Rural Regeneration Fund,
District Director Marcus O’Connor believes it will attract new businesses into the area
