Catriona White's brother has pleaded guilty to assault arising from photographs taken at his sister's funeral in Tipperary.
32 year old James White, who's a decorated war hero, had his sentencing adjourned at Thurles District Court.

Judge Elizabeth McGrath heard the assaults on two brothers at an address in West Tipperary, arose from pictures taken at Catriona White's funeral in October 2015
Ms White was a former girlfriend of Jim Carey who flew in to support her family after her tragic death.
Judge McGrath described the offences at the lower end of the scale and proposed dealing with it through restorative justice and adjourned the case under February 28th.
